1. Order Cancellations
1.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with UK consumer protection laws.
1.2 If your order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be issued immediately.
1.3 If your order has already been dispatched, you must return the goods in their original, unopened, and unused condition to receive store credits. These will be applied to your account within 24 hours of inspection.
1.4 Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 24 hours after returned goods are received and checked.
2. Returning Incorrect, Faulty, or Damaged Goods
2.1 If you receive the wrong product or your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@snuzify.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
2.2 We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs (where applicable).
2.3 To qualify for a refund or exchange, products must be unused and returned in their original packaging, unless the item is faulty.
3. General Returns & Refund Conditions
3.1 Eligibility – Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging, except in cases of defective goods.
3.2 Return Approval – You must contact us at support@snuzify.co.uk before sending any return to obtain return authorisation.
3.3 Shipping Costs –
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover shipping costs.
If the return is due to change of mind, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
3.4 Refund Processing – Once your return is received and inspected:
If approved as faulty/defective, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 24 hours.
Otherwise, you will receive a store credit refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
4.1 For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of nicotine pouches that have been opened or used, except in cases of incorrect, faulty, or damaged goods.
